Party Protocol

Thank you for your interest in MetroPolish17 Lounge! Get ready for a GREAT nail pampering experience. No matter what you’re celebrating, MetroPolish17 aims to elevate your experience by helping you plan and most importantly, enjoy your event. We will help ensure to avoid any confusion throughout the process of RSVP, Check-In, Experience and Payment.

Here’s some info about how our parties work

  • Your group will have a designated area and be seated together within the same area when receiving the same services

  • You are welcomed to bring your own food, disposable plates, cutlery and decorations so long as it does not need to be adhered to the wall. We can provide you a small table for presentation if needed.

  • Services can be booked with separate bills for each guest if preferred

  • We do not charge automatic gratuity nor service fees for groups

  • We serve complimentary non-alcoholic beverages (juice, pop, cappuccino, latte, coffees, teas, bottled water)

  • We sell wine by the glass, beer and champagne/prosecco

  • All beverages may be ordered from our in house menu anytime during your service

Booking details required:

Requested Dates and Time: (Day/Month/Year/ am:pm)

Total Guest Count: Total adults and total children (please include ages for guests under 10yrs)

Host Information: Include host first name and last name

Guest Information: List guests by number, with their first name and last name, followed by their requested service(s). If host is receiving services, be sure to include host name again so we have accurate party count.

Type of Service: Specify type of service each guest would like from MetroPolish17 menu. Please ensure that services are properly booked as we cannot guarantee last minute changes. Nails requiring extensions or powder must be booked accordingly. Please mention if removal of existing acrylic or gel/shellac is needed. Feel free to telephone us with any questions.

Securing your booking

A deposit of $100 is required for group reservations of 4 clients or more. Upon completion of all services as booked for the entire group, deposit will be refunded in the original method of payment to the depositor. (Nothing is booked until deposit has been collected).

Please fill out the form below to request your party booking. Once you receive a response confirming availability, a refundable deposit will be payable to secure the booking.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel entire event, a minimum of 7 days notice is required to receive a refund of 50% deposit.

To cancel a single client from the group reservation, a minimum of 12 hour notice is required to avoid a $25 per client cancellation fee. Last minute cancellations of booked services will be charged a cancellation fee. Cancellations must be done by speaking with front desk reps by telephone (403) 452-8099 in order to get refund back. Do not cancel via online booking portal as refunds will not be issued.

A deposit of $100 is required for group reservations of 4 clients or more. Upon completion of all services for all booked guests, the deposit will be automatically reversed to the original payment method. Deposit cannot be used towards payment of services.
